Mega Man II in Depth Review
Wiley's Stage has five parts. If you run out of lives, you have to begin from the very first part. It can get very irritating, especially since some of the stages can be pretty tough
Part 1
The first part begins outside of Wiley's fortress. You will have to scale several walls, and climb up the actual base. This part isn't too hard, there are some tricky parts but nothing you shouldn't be able to get past, unless you really suck at this game. When you get to the top of Wiley's base you will have to hop across some blocks. Then the devilish cry of the hell beast will sound and moments later the dragon will come out of the void beneath you.

Boss Strategy!
When the Dragon comes out from below you, make sure you don't get startled and fall off the edge. This happened to me the first time we battled. At first, you cannot hurt the dragon and it will chase you. After awhile, it stops and its life bar goes up. Get to the highest block you can, and switch your weapon to the Quick boomerang. If the Dragon hits you, you will fall to the other block. Make sure to jump back up to the top block when that happens. Then unleash your mighty Boomerang on the Dragon, and watch as he quickly falls from grace.
Part 2
This stage is also fairly easy. When you get to the part where the spikes are, use the jet sled to go across them. You can try to advance past the spikes without the sled. I'm pretty sure that's impossible, but go ahead and try if you really want. Jump on the second ladder that you come to because that path is full of goodies. Then, you go down and there is a part where these things try to crush you. Avoid them. I don't really remember what else happens in this level, so I suppose you will have to figure it out yourself, have fun.
Boss Strategy!
The boss is just pieces of the room flying at you. Use the Metal Blade to take them out since sometimes the pieces come from above you. Don't get hit, that's the first mistake many players make against this boss. Instead of getting hit and dieing, shoot the enemy and kill it. This is all the advice I can dispense at this time.
Part 3
Just keep heading down from the beginning of the level. When you get to the part where you have to jump over the water WATCH OUT because a fish will jump out and murder you. You have to fake out the fish by doing a little jump, going back on the platform, and then jump for real. That fucker will never see it coming. Then you have to jump down while avoiding the walls, because it will kill Mega Man if he touches it. It really sucks when you touch the side because it's really hard not to touch it, and when you die you go back to the beginning of the level.

Boss Strategy!
Shoot him in the head. It's not very complicated. If you don't shoot him in the head, then you won't do as well then if you had shot him in the head. So just shoot him in the head.
Part 4
In the first part of the level you can fall through the floor. This is sort of annoying, at one part you will fall on to spikes. Just use the jet to go over this part. Then you get to a part where you have to ride a platform as it goes around a track. If you don't time you jumps correctly then you die. Don't worry, you have made it this far, so making it further should not be a problem.

Boss Strategy!
The only way to hurt the guns on the wall is with the Crash Bomb. There are also walls in front of the guns which can only be destroyed by the Crash Bombs. It's impossible to destroy them all on the first try, so you have to die, refill the Crash Bomb meter, and go back and destroy any guns that weren't destroyed the first time. So the boss isn't difficult as much as just time consuming. Don't try to beat this level if you have to be somewhere soon, or if it's late at night and you have an early day tomorrow.
Part 5
You have to fight all the Robot Masters over again. Since you beat them once you should be able to do it again, unless you've lost you stuff hotshot. Maybe you just don't have it any more, old man. You use to be good, but you're nothing more then a has been. Go back into retirement; it's time for a new generation of Mega Man players, grandpa.
Dr. Wiley
1st Form

Avoid the balls Wiley tries to hit you with. In fact, this advice works pretty good for real life too. If any old scientist tries to smack you with his balls you should do everything in your power to avoid them. In this situation, you should retaliate by shooting Wiley with your Crash Bomb.
2nd Form

This is just like the 1st form but use the Metal Blade instead of Crash Bomb.
Well looks like Dr. Wiley is done for. OH SHIT looks like he escaped again. It is now time for the last stage. The super secret stage!
Super Secret Stage
Acid falls from the ceiling. It hurts like a bitch, so avoid it with expert timing and cat like reflexes. Go, Mega Man, your destiny awaits you behind the last door.
Boss Strategy!
Dr. Wiley transforms into an alien so evil it is impossible to describe with words. Imagine if Hitler turned out to be an alien. Now imagine an alien even more evil then Hitler Alien. There is only one weapon powerful enough to counter this massive amount of flying evil: BUBBLE LEAD. You heard me right, the weapon which is barely on this side of not-completely-useless is your only weapon. It will be a long taxing fight that will try the limits of your physical and mental abilities. Don't falter for a second or Alien Wiley will destroy you and all you love.
